Q1: Do I need to manually switch between 12V and 24V?
A: No manual switching is required! The Grennova Gemini Series features an auto-recognition chip. Simply connect it to your 12V or 24V battery, and the inverter will automatically adjust and display the correct input voltage on the LCD screen.
Q2: The LCD screen shows a low voltage alert and the red light is on. What should I do?
A: This means your battery is depleted, and the inverter has safely shut down to prevent battery damage. Please recharge your battery (via solar or grid charger). The inverter will resume operation once the battery reaches a healthy voltage.
Q3: Why does my multimeter show only 80V-100V (or 180V-200V) instead of 110V (or 220V)?
A: This is absolutely normal for a Modified Sine Wave inverter. Standard cheap multimeters cannot accurately measure this waveform. To get the correct 110V/220V reading, you MUST use a multimeter equipped with the "True RMS" (Root Mean Square) function.
Q4: The red light is on, it's beeping, and there is no power. Is it broken?

Q6: Why did it spark when I connected the clips to the battery?
A: A small spark when the terminal connects to the battery is a normal and safe physical reaction. It is simply the internal heavy-duty capacitors charging up.
Q7: Can I connect this inverter to the solar controller's "Load" port?
A: NEVER! The inverter draws massive current and will instantly burn out your solar charge controller. Always connect the inverter's cables DIRECTLY to your battery's positive and negative terminals.
